COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh (Maserati) is a pigmented leather care dye that nourishes and at the same time compensates for slight color loss in one step. The care dye is based on original Maserati color samples and is formulated to blend harmoniously into existing surfaces. Perfect for regular care of pigmented smooth leather without the effort of a complete repair.
💡 Practical tip from Detailing1 workshop: We use Leather Fresh in our workshop as standard care for every detailing — even if the leather still looks okay visually. 100ml is enough for a complete pair of seats including the steering wheel. Wet the microfiber pad evenly, work in circular motions, polish with a second pad. Looks like new after 5 minutes.
Leather Fresh (Maserati) is applied as a care routine every 6–12 months — work in with a microfiber pad, polish with a second pad, done. One application takes about 15–20 minutes per pair of seats.
Before application, the leather is washed with leather cleaner and wiped damp. After a short drying time, a microfiber pad is moistened with about 3–5 ml of Leather Fresh (Maserati) and worked evenly into the leather surface in circular motions. Immediately polish with a second dry microfiber pad until the typical matt, velvety OEM sheen appears.
The water-based care dye penetrates the uppermost pigment layer and simultaneously seals the fiber. In contrast to professional Leather Color (Maserati) repair, neither filler nor sanding or top coat are strictly necessary. For heavily used areas such as seat bolsters or the steering wheel, top coat can also be applied, which extends the durability to 18–24 months. A 100 ml bottle is sufficient for about 2–3 complete care applications.
